When the table was ready an employee came up to collect the buffet tickets we had all purchased. We then sat on some couches while we waited for our table. He came over, snatched my wife's card out of her hand and walked over to a nearby cash register to run the card. We finally got the attention of heavy guy. My wife's card was not accepted at the kiosk. Finally they allowed us in and instructed us to pay at the kiosks.

It appeared there was very little communication between employees and some seemed to have a bad memory. Heavy guy also came back and asked how many were in our party. During that time frame at least 3 separate employees came and asked us how many were in our party. We waited another 15 minutes at the front of the line. When we got to the front some heavy set guy in a suit asked. We did not have reservations so we knew there would be a wait. We arrived at about 6pm on a busy Friday night.
